Becky finds calm in chaos and enjoys leading and partnering with individuals and teams through periods that others might find chaotic, frustrating, scary or challenging.

Having led some of Europe’s biggest known household brands, Becky combines a unique perspective of having years of practical management team experience, a strategic mind, with a driving force of energy to get you the results you need; all unlocked via you and the people you already have in your business.

Internationally, Becky has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Australia, having lived in the UK, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands.

A qualified ACC level ICF coach, currently with PCC training under way, she is passionate about using coaching as a way to unlock growth for people and business. Becky also holds the ILM Level 7 in executive coaching, where she specialised in coaching for international relocation.

Becky lives in the Netherlands, with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys sports and is in the very early days of re- learning the saxophone.

Becky is personally experienced in navigating career change, the challenges of relocating both nationally and internationally, raising a bi-lingual family abroad, returning to career after children in multiple countries, and navigating medical care pathways for children.
